+ Payment of Services/Gratuity

We accept Venmo, Cash, Paypal, and Personal Check for service payments. We ask that gratuity be cash only, or venmo sent directly to your stylist. All services are non refundable. Note: We all appreciate our stylists/practictioners, please show them gratitude with gratuity. ALL Gratuity must be in cash, unless your stylist personally accepts venmo. Note: All services are a la carte and pricing is not inclusive of any service other than what is listed. A full highlight price, for example, does not include a glaze or haircut service.

+ Products

Once the purchase is located and confirmed in our system, unused and unopened items may be returned within 10 days of the original purchase for a full refund to the original method of payment. If your purchase was made more than 10 days prior or has been opened/used, please contact us.

+ 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Please contact us within 1 week of your original service date to schedule a complimentary adjustment. Note: Corrections made over 1 week of your original service date will be charged according to the correction requested.

+ Late Policy

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $20 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment to be rescheduled, in addition to a $50 fee.

+ Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior.

Failure to notify within a reasonable time frame will result in a fee. $50 for chemical services and $25 for non chemical services to be charged to your account. When rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours of the original date and time you will be charged $50 for all chemical services and $25 for non chemical services. After this occurs more then once we will require a %50 non refundable deposit to hold all future appointments, in addition to all other fees

In the event of a no-show failure to notify the studio of any cancelation or changes to any scheduled appointment at start time will result in the cancelation of all future appointments, and a fee of $50 will be charged to your account. No exceptions. Canceling more than one service within 24 hours of start time will result in cancellation of all future appointments, a $50 fee and the inability of scheduling future appointments.

+ Head Lice Policy

It is against Studio Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the studio we would not be able to complete the service the same day. Services can then be rescheduled 48 hours after treatment of the hair, scalp and home has been completed, and there are no signs of head lice or their larvae.

+ Allergies

A health history form will be required to receive any Reiki Treatment, or yoga class. For your comfort and safety, please notify your stylist if you have any allergies, any physical disabilities, or if you are pregnant/Nursing. If you have allergies and would like to request a patch test please give us a call/text and we will gladly accommodate those requests. If you experience discomfort to the scalp during the treatment, please alert your stylist immediately

+ Right to Refuse Services

Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. We have the right to refuse any service at any time if we feel as though the service can not be accomplished to ensure the satisfactory of the client's requests.

+ Gift Certificates

The Hollow Barn gift certificates are to be treated as cash. All sales are final; Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. To provide maximum protection to your credit card account, and to allow time for your order to process, our printable Gift Certificates become active and may be redeemed 24 hours after purchase. Gift Certificates contain values that may be used to purchase merchandise and services, however they cannot be used to purchase other Gift certificates. They Cannot be used to set up a monthly membership. Please present your Gift Certificate upon checkout and your sale will be deducted from your card’s balance. All remaining balances must remain on your card; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. The Hollow Barn is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization.
